Although the Rotary Club of Placencia has accomplished much in the first 3 years, we have plans for much more and our list is growing all the time. The following is a list of the major projects we will be working on in the future.

• Fire Department- As our largest project to date, much has been accompilished here and plans for the future include expanding the service area to include most fo the Placencia Peninsula through training of additional volunteers, securing of additional equipment, establishment of fire stations in key areas, improvements to the infrastructure required to support adequate fire protection, and establishment of a combination fire house and trauma center.
• Schools - We recognize the need to provide the best education possible for our children and are working with the schools and various agencies to develop a comprehensive plan for the improvements required. This is expected to be a long term project and the Rotary Club of Placencia is committed to doing our part.
• We are committed to continuing to work with the appropriate agencies to improve the clinics in Placencia Village and Seine Bight Village. We have already begun acquiring needed equipment and will continue in these efforts.

In addition to the above, we will continuing with programs that have been established to ensure their continued success. We are proud of what has been accomplished to date, but, are committed to doing even more as our club grows.
